So you're looking for a new place? If you haven't experienced it yet, San Diego is not an easy place to find a new place to live - there's a lot of people looking, and not enough great (and affordable!) options. We try to make it a little easier - communication by txt, simple showings and application processes, 100% electronic documents and payments. We focus on people first, and let the rest fall into place.

What kind of properties do you have?
The majority of properties we manage are small multifamily properties, typically between 2-5 units each. We also manage some larger new-build apartment buildings. Many of our properties have private exterior yards or decks, onsite parking, and are located in residential areas close (but not too close!) to shopping and entertainment areas. We don't manage single family detached houses.
Which specific properties do you have available now?
We list all properties on Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads. Because we seldom know ahead of time when a resident will be moving, it's hard to know what will be available and when. Our properties are seldom listed for more than 1 week and almost always rented at the first or second showing, so we recommend moving quickly if you're interested!
How much are the properties you rent out?
Prices vary by location, but studios start around $1300/m, one bedrooms around $1500, with 2-4 bedroom homes between $2000-$3000/m. Utilities are generally extra.
